Applications are now open for the 2018 Vice-Chancellor’s Awards for Excellence in Teaching, closing on 10 December 2018. These annual awards recognise exceptional teaching practice by individuals and teams across the University. Instructions and guidelines can be found on the awards website; please read these carefully, as they have changed.

We are also delighted to announce the inaugural Vice-Chancellor’s Innovation in Teaching Awards, which recognise teaching innovations designed to improve student learning in online, blended or face-to-face courses. Submissions need tobe in the form of a 3-5 minute video, with a short written component. Applications close 10 December 2018. Further information can be found on the awards website.
