MyWorklife customer voice workshops

Customer voice workshop

A key focus for the MyWorklife program team in recent weeks has been our ‘customer voice’ workshops. These have been designed to capture the voice of staff in various roles so that we understand what a good implementation would look and feel like from their perspective.

We’ve run eight ‘customer voice’ workshops so far and engaged over 120 staff members across South Australia and Northern Territory.

Recent workshops have focused on:

  • People and Culture reporting and analytics
  • casual academics and time tracking
  • casual professionals and time tracking
  • recruitment and appointment

In the coming weeks, we’ve four more workshops planned; which will include onboarding, further regional SA workshops in the Barossa and Renmark and a second workshop on casual academics and time tracking.

Once we’ve run all the workshops, we’ll be collating the findings and tweaking our plans to account for the staff feedback. This has been a fantastic chance to hear what staff value and want to see from transformed People and Culture services.

A huge thank you to everybody who has been involved in these.

As always, please visit the MyWorklife Program staff portal page for more information on the program. If you have any questions or would like to provide us with your feedback, please email myworklife@flinders.edu.au.
