Remote Area Nurses training requirements to support palliative care for Indigenous patients in rural and remote communities – A RAN’s perspective

Michele Holloway, student in the Master of Remote and Indigenous Health, together with the Centre for Remote Health are currently conducting a study to determine what training requirements are needed to enable remote area nurses to confidently and competently offer palliative care to Indigenous patients in a rural or remote setting.

Questionnaire responses will be analysed, and interviews conducted, by Michele Holloway.
