Late last year Flinders NT academics Narelle Campbell and Helen Wozniak won a Finders University Teaching and Learning Innovation grant to create and deliver a series of webinars based on their previously successful face to face clinical supervision training.

The first webinar, held on the 21st of July, focussed on the key preparations and strategies essential to creating a quality workplace learning experience and included a video vignette recently produced as part of the grant funding.

The webinar was oversubscribed, with attendees from the Northern Territory as well as the rest of Australia. The level of interaction during the webinar was high and evaluations of the webinar included positive comments such as “Activities really good for promoting active thinking; AWESOME to learn from other Supervisors and colleagues”.
