All areas of the Central Library will be closed for 5 hours from 7am to 12pm on Saturday 17th December. This includes the 24 hour study zones on level 0 and level 1. The closure is occurring whilst the Library completes electrical upgrade work to provide 75 extra powerpoints for Library users on levels 2 & 3. The powerpoints have already been installed and all include USB chargers to assist library users. Following the further work on Saturday they will be live ready for library users on Monday.
Electrical upgrade work will also be completed at the Sturt campus where the Library will be installing an additional 25 powerpoints.
