Who is Professor David Hughes? 

Professor David Hughes is Emeritus Professor of Food Marketing at Imperial College London, and Visiting Professor at the University of Kent Business School and at the Royal Agricultural College, U.K. All you ever wanted to know about David Hughes  http://www.profdavidhughes.com/home.html

What Will Happen? 

A fascinating day of stimulating talks, an optional tour of the SA Food Centre and * BONUS * Individual company meetings with David Hughes and/or the Seafood CRC!!          

Followed by dinner with David Hughes and the Seafood CRC

Workshop = Nil, dinner (3 course ~$30 + drinks)

What Will Happen?

A full day to go through our theme business plans and workshop ideas for projects - both CRC end users and research providers welcome to attend.

Accommodation rooms have also been reserved for Seafood CRC Participants only.  Please call the Old Adelaide Inn to make your reservation stating that you are with the Seafood CRC event to obtain the corporate discount.
