The Department of the Environment, Water, Heritage and Arts provides funding to organisations that work with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people on Indigenous arts, culture and heritage projects:

• Indigenous Broadcasting Program
• Indigenous Culture Support Program
• Maintenance of Indigenous Languages and Records Program
• National Arts and Crafts Industry Support Program
• Indigenous Heritage Program.
