The new Educational Quality Team is housed within the Centre for Innovation in Learning and Teaching and is committed to forging strong, effective and collaborative partnerships with our College and Portfolio colleagues. We are here to provide support services for the following key quality improvement and accountability processes: new topic proposals; new course proposals; existing course reviews; topic changes; course changes; course (re)accreditation; third party teaching agreements; and external topic calibration.

We provide support to the  CILT Academic Development Team in the facilitation of quality improvement through peer evaluation of teaching; topic calibration reports; FFOUT; internship; assessment workshops; feedback workshops; sessional teaching; SE demonstrator training; curriculum design; 1st year pedagogy; networks; and mentoring.

We also help to promote and share the quality and excellence already demonstrated by our colleagues through support for showcasing and sharing; teaching awards; celebrating success; journal articles; presentations; and the College of Distinguished Educators.

The Educational Quality Team is here to support the needs of the University and to ultimately ensure that our students are experiencing the best quality education we can provide.
