More specifically, it will examine:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participation in different types of WIL during university years among graduates from varying backgrounds.<\/li>\n<li>How different types of WIL influence the employment outcomes of recent graduates from varying backgrounds.<\/li>\n<li>How different WIL activities impact on graduate perceptions of their preparedness for work, and variations by background characteristics.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition to the traditional equity groups, the webinar will focus on WIL participation and outcomes by citizenship and age.
