Service One has transitioned all its services to the new and improved platform! There are over 40 services available for staff to request in Service One, categorised into Education, General, and Research services.
Now that we have transitioned, we have begun work with business areas around the University to expand this list and add lots more into Service One’s catalogue. We have identified over 600 possible other services performed by staff, and we’re starting to make our way through these.
Some of the new request forms to be added into Service One very soon include a Financial account query, and Appeal a parking fine.
Other enhancements include the ‘My Requests’ pages being updated to provide requestors with a more comprehensive view of request history and progress. Make sure to watch this space for more new features and services that will be added in the coming months.
