And hasn’t March gone by so quickly! Busy times for us all in DRS. We are an agile based team, and we all got a great deal from the extra ideas and techniques in our IDS Agile Our Way Workshop this week. We followed it up with a Blitz Planning session chaired by James to plan on our project processes and outcomes. Both sessions moved us forward as a team and were such a valuable use of time. It is all in the planning and the teamwork – many teams think all the time spent developing tools and processes is time away from the project, but it is actually the best way to make sure your project – and your team – run optimally.
