Q. What happens if the technology fails?

A. We make every possible effort to record the lecture or event as scheduled. But sometimes, the recording may fail due to circumstances beyond our control. If a scheduled recording does fail, the video support team will contact the lecturer to discuss alternate ways to provide content to students.
