“An Evening with the Stars” – Celebrating the bicentennial of Verdi\u2019s birth.<\/p>\n
Presented by ARIA-SA Association for Research between Italy and Australia, Dante Alighieri Society, Italian Cultural Association, Italian Chamber of Commerce, John Davis Music and with the generous participation of the State Opera of SA.<\/p>\n
In mid-October, Opera SA is presenting Giuseppe Verdi\u2019s La Forza del Destino<\/a>, with renowned Italian conductor Andrea Licata<\/a>, director Tama Matheson, and outstanding singers including Rosario La Spina<\/a>, Michael Lewis, Milijana Nikolic.<\/p>\n At this special event, the stars will give their experience of Verdi, with an introduction by Flinders University Emeritus Professor, Antonio Comin.
