This recognises a female member of AMA who has made a major contribution to the medical profession. Contributions may include:<\/p>\n<p>\u2022commitment to quality care;<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-561 alignright\" src=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/fcic-now\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/2020\/03\/ama-300x96.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"96\" srcset=\"https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/fcic-now\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/2020\/03\/ama-300x96.png 300w, https:\/\/blogs.flinders.edu.au\/fcic-now\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/73\/2020\/03\/ama.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\u2022contributing to medical research within Australia;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022initiation and involvement in public health projects;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022improving the availability and accessibility of medical education and medical training for women;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022contributing to medical politics.<\/p>\n<p>Nominations must be made by a member of the AMA.<\/p>\n<p>The recipient may receive travel support for their attendance at the AMA national conference.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Closing date<\/strong>\u00a023 Apr 20<\/li>\n<li><strong>Deadline information<\/strong>\u00a0Applications due by close of business.
