In 25 words or less, tell us what your research is about:
My research is concerned with generating empirical evidence to support national funding decisions for new health interventions. I also support health services research across a broad range of clinical areas.

How do you believe your research will impact patient care or public health outcomes?
Our work can support the efficient use of public health spending and ensure that every patient affected by a decision to fund a new health intervention has a voice in the decision-making process. I am also fortunate enough to be involved in projects contributing to improved patient care for a range of individuals, including those diagnosed with cancer and those with an eating disorder.

What do you enjoy most about being a researcher?
I most enjoy working with a group of researchers who are all passionate about health economics and health services research.

What do you do when you’re not researching?
Try to be active with my family outdoors. I also enjoy journaling.

What advice would you give to aspiring health and medical researchers?
Follow what you’re passionate about and take every opportunity early in your studies and career.
