The Spanish Section of the Department of Language Studies at Flinders and the Latin American embassies in Australia are proud to present the 9th Latin American Film Festival, which will be held at the State Library of South Australia from Friday 4 until Sunday 13 October.

The festival will present a selection of 12 films from all over Latin America, including international award winning pieces and featuring some of the most exciting and creative productions to reach the big screen in recent years. The festival will also feature a number of talks on current Latin American cinema delivered by Flinders University academic staff specialising in the area.

The films will be screened during the first two weekends of October. Entry to all screenings is free of charge and all films are subtitled in English. Download the Latin American Film Festival Guide.
