Art by our students

Stunning artwork by Flinders University visual art students is on display in two exhibitions that opened this week at the Santos Conservation Centre at the Adelaide Zoo and at the Flinders city campus. The artworks by pre-service teachers have been made from a wide range of contemporary media including found objects, toys, paper patterns as well as traditional such as photography and oil painting.

The major focus of the artworks at the zoo is sustainability and conservation, while the works at the city campus address a number of themes and issues.

A movie prepared by the students from the city exhibition can be viewed here.

The exhibitions are open to the public from 9am to 5pm on weekdays until 29 November.
