Our Charity: DOCTORS WITHOUT BORDERS
Doctors Without Borders (Médecins Sans Frontières) is an international medical humanitarian organisation providing aid in more than 70 countries to people whose survival is threatened by violence, neglect or catastrophe, primarily due to armed conflict, epidemics, malnutrition, exclusion from health care, or natural disasters. MSF provides independent, impartial assistance to those most in need.
How it works: Join the team and commit to raising donations to our charity (or one of your choice), and gain access to 10 weeks of health, fitness and lifestyle sessions on Flinders ONEfitness, including:
- 2 x group fitness sessions each week (Wed 7am & Sat 8am)
- Nutrition & lifestyle sessions to teach you the strategies to lose weight, get fit & stay fit
Raising donations for the cause is not only a great way to make a positive impact on you, but also has the potential of having a positive impact on others.
Raise $100 or more and receive: Free membership and access to all Flinders OneFitness facilities including:
- 25+ group fitness classes each week
- Cardio room equipped with bikes, treadmills, rowers, crosstrainers, steppers and the best view to work out to in Adelaide.
- Huge machine and free weights room
- Ladies only gym
When it starts: The 10-week program begins in the first week of September, but there is still time to join.
