Among Flinders staff and affiliates to receive recent honours and awards are:

• Senior Lecture in Archaeology Dr Amy Roberts, who was the joint winner of the Bruce Veitch Award for Excellence in Indigenous Engagement at the recent Australian Archaeological Awards
• Associate Professor Pi-Shen Seet of the Flinders Business School, who was invited to appear on a panel at the 2014 Chinese Family Business Succession Forum held recently in Beijing, and
• Ms Stephanie Walker, the Flinders University Students’ Association Media Officer, who received an award for ‘Outstanding achievement by a young editor or writer under 30’ from national youth arts organisation, Express Media.
