FUSA is offering FREE yoga and mindfulness classes to improve the well-being of all staff and students!
If you want to reduce stress, improve focus and increase your productivity then come to the gym group fitness room for yoga (from 1-2 pm in weeks 5-9 inclusive) and mindfulness (from 2-3 in weeks 10-14 inclusive).
All classes are run by great, fully-qualified instructors and will be held in the Group Fitness room of the gym, adjacent to the Student Centre.
