The John Chalmers Oration,  run annually by the School of Medicine, is due to be delivered by Professor Steve Wesselingh on Thursday, 13 August on the theme:  HIV/AIDs: Lessons for Research Translation and Implementation Science.

A Flinders alumnus, Professor Wesselingh is the inaugural Executive Director of SAHMRI and leader of SAHMRI’s Infection & Immunity Theme.
