Information Technology Services for some time has provided self-service for IT help and common requests through our web portal located at flinders.edu.au/12345.

The look and feel of this web portal is about to change.

The way you access this new self-service portal (now called AssystNet) will remain unchanged. AssystNet, however, provides a superior platform for access to its ever-growing  knowledge base of self-help articles, and for more service requests to be added as they are developed.

The ‘getting started guide’ is available here and once you are logged in to AssystNet, “How to use help” articles are available.

The ITS Service Desk team will still be available and can help you with any queries or concerns on 12345, or by email at its@flinders.edu.au.
