A number of minor works have now taken place to make Social Sciences South ready for refurbishment.  The major building works commenced on Monday 28 September 2015.

It is no longer be possible to walk through the Social Sciences South courtyard. Signage will be in place to direct you around the building.

The lifts within Social Sciences South, which are necessary for travel between buildings up and down the North Ridge, remain in use for those requiring disability access. A contact telephone number will be signed at access points to the lifts so that the contractor can escort you safely through the building site.

The Sleep Centre on level one remains open and is accessible from the external entrance.
