Flinders University’s exciting new restaurant offering is now open for trial service in the Hub. Staff and students are invited to be amongst the first to experience the new dining facilities.
As part of Alere’s pre-opening program they are offering a 50 per cent discount on all food and beverage between 1 and 12 February. While extremely limited places are available this week upon application at the door, bookings can be made from Monday, 8 February.
From 15 February Alere will commence standard trading serving a lunch offering and evening bar menu on Thursday and Friday nights.
Alere’s menu has a natural focus on seasonal vegetables, grains and herbal ingredients incorporating fresh and ethically farmed produce. A charming balance is created between valued traditional cooking techniques and contemporary styling. Complementing the dining experience is the innovative wine list including an exciting selection of organic, biodynamic, organic and minimal intervention wines, craft beers, and botanically inspired cocktails.
