With small screen credits that include The Sullivans, Better Homes and Gardens and A Place to Call Home stretching back over 40 years, Noni Hazlehurst was a popular winner of the Hall of Fame Gold Logie at the Australian television award ceremonies last Sunday.
A graduate of Flinders Drama Centre and recipient of an honorary doctorate from Flinders in 2007, Ms Hazlehurst’s acting career has spanned children’s TV as a long-time Play School host, theatrical performances for the Sydney Theatre Company and Belvoir Street (among others), and roles in gritty Australian films such as Monkey Grip and Little Fish.
