Free physio led ‘reduce injury’ sessions and free nutrition sessions

Staff can access free information about how to reduce physical injuries throughout August and September at FlindersONEFitness.

The physiotherapist led sessions are at Bedford Park on Wednesdays from 12.30-1pm as follows:

  • 11th August : Shoulder stability/dysfunction
  • 24th August : Back pain. Hip & lumbar stability
  • 8th September : Knee stability

FlindersONE Fitness is also offering a free nutrition session. The session, on 16 August, is titled FUEL YOUR BODY and will look at:

  • Fueling your body for training
  • Eating to gain muscle
  • Are protein supplements useful?

It will be held at the Gym Mezzanine and attendees will receive 15% off an initial dieitian consultation, a wallet sized label reading guide and Australian Dietary Guidelines.
