In support of the Voluntary Redundancy Program Offer currently being made available to University academic staff, arrangements have been made for UniSuper to run information sessions on Financial Considerations for Voluntary Redundancy.
Staff considering accepting a voluntary redundancy offer may benefit from attending UniSuper’s information sessions regarding their super options.
These free sessions will cover issues surrounding financial decisions and planning for redundancy. An overview of the following will be provided:
- How entitlements are taxed
- How to organise to replace income
- Important decisions to make now
- Sources of further information
- Key issues to consider
- Personal Financial Advice options
Seminars will be held as follows:
- Monday 29 August 2016 at 12.30-1.30pm, South Lecture Theatre STH1
- Friday 9 September 2016 at 12.30-1.30pm, South Lecture Theatre STH1
