City to Bay training group

Flinders OneFitness is running a City to Bay training group in the lead up to the City to Bay Fun Run on 17 September 2017.

For $30, participants receive eight weeks of training and a City to Bay t-shirt.

Training sessions are led by personal trainer Chris Rawling, former professional triathlete.

Participants meet each Wednesday at the Flinders gym for an hour-long training session from 7.00am – 8.00am.

Participants also have the opportunity to participate in a weekly City to Bay workshop that will take place on Sunday mornings at 9.00am from now until the Fun Run.

There will also be additional training sessions held informally on Thursday nights from 5:30pm for those who are interested.
