Women’s Parliament a platform for change

Creative Arts alumna Julianne Pierce is heading up an innovative new forum called The Women’s Parliament on 5 October.

The Women’s Parliament provides South Australian women with the opportunity to debate issues of current political importance in the lead up to 2018 South Australian State election.

Women are invited to submit topics for discussion by Friday 15 September via The Women’s Parliament website.

The aim of The Women’s Parliament is to engage more South Australian women in the political and decision-making process and generate innovative and ambitious solutions to the State’s current challenges.

The Women’s Parliament is taking place from 9.30am-11.00am at the Bradley Forum, Hawke Centre, University of South Australia.

It forms part the Open State Festival.

Entrance is free but registrations are required via Eventbrite.
