A crucial aspect of starting a new business is understanding fundamental legal principals and practices, which is why Flinders’ New Venture Institute and Flinders Legal Advice Clinic are presenting a ‘Legals for Startups’ workshop on Thursday 7 December.

Titled ‘Getting It Right Without Breaking the Rules’, the three-hour workshop will run from 9.30am-12.30pm at Flinders at Tonsley and will provide tips for best practice when dealing with contracts, business structures, copyright and governance.

Every decision made by a business founder can impact the company’s partners, investors, employees and customers – this workshop will help startups get their paperwork in order from the outset in order to reap dividends as their company grows.
