Building works around campus

A number of new building projects are due to commence on the Bedford Park campus to enhance the University’s infrastructure.

These projects have been timed to minimise disruption to Flinders students.

Some of these works include:

Installation of digital car park signage

In February 2018 works will commence on the installation of real-time digital signage at the car park entrances at the Bedford Park campus.

These signs will enable users to see the number of available parks at a glance and are designed save users time in peak periods.

Installation will commence at the entrance of car park 6 and move progressively through each car park area.

Works are expected to be completed by mid-2018.

Staff are advised to follow all localised temporary speed restrictions and take additional care while workers are on-site.

Anchor Court stairs and pathway

On 30 January 2018 work will commence on the stairs and pathway at Anchor Court.

While access to Anchor Court will be largely maintained, there may be some days where stair access will be restricted.

Staff are advised not to enter roped-off areas.

There will be intermittent noise associated with these works and the Property, Facilities and Development team appreciates the patience of staff during this time.
