Flinders University Sport & Fitness is delighted to welcome Dejan Stojanovic to its personal training team and is encouraging Flinders staff to sign up for one-on-one fitness coaching.
About Dejan Stojanovic
Dejan has a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science and a Diploma of Health Sciences (Nutrition).
He is a Level 1 Sports Trainer and also has a Certificate III in Fitness.
Dejan is currently undertaking his Master of Physiotherapy.
His passions include strength training, weight loss, physique transformation, female-oriented programming, sport-specific conditioning, rehabilitation and nutrition.
Dejan has more than 10 years of self-guided and tertiary-level education and has himself lost 20 kg.
He has run his own personal training business, specialising in strength training for people at all levels of fitness, and has assisted in physiotherapy clinics for patients undergoing rehabilitation.
Dejan believes that discipline is the key to achieving anything worthwhile.
The pain of moving out of one’s comfort zone is only temporary, but the pain of quitting lasts forever!
