A FUSA campaign inspired by a 2017 national report on sexual harassment has been launched, including a Campus Fair to take place on 10 May 2018.

The Be a Better Human initiative was developed in response to the Australian Human Rights Commission’s report on sexual assault and harassment at Australian universities. Created from the ground up in collaboration with a group of Flinders students, the initiative has been designed to reflect the University’s culture.

A key aim of the campaign is to address respectful behaviours, however it’s also about self-improvement for anyone. Accordingly, FUSA (the Flinders University Student Association) is inviting all members of the University community to join the conversation at its campus fair, or attend the discussion panel.
