Last chance to share in $7 million grant pool

Applications will close soon for The Hospital Research Foundation’s two current medical research grant rounds, including record funds available for The Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Basil Hetzel Institute round.

The Foundation expects 2018 will be one of its biggest years yet for medical research in South Australia, with more than $7 million in total funding available.

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Basil Hetzel Institute for Translational Health Research Grant Round

Expressions of interest in The Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Basil Hetzel Institute for Translational Health Research Grant Round close on 1 May 2018.

The Fellowship categories in this round are open Australia-wide, for researchers invited to join existing groups at the hospital or its institute, or mid-career researchers interested in bringing their own research group to the institute.

The BioMed City Grant Round

The BioMed City grants invite applications from researchers who have a formal affiliation with the Royal Adelaide Hospital or SA Pathology. Applications close on 9 May 2018.
