Plaza set to erupt with Indie sounds and fans

Angus and Julia Stone will play at Flinders Plaza in their only South Australian concert this Friday 25 May and staff can expect some noise disruption in the late afternoon, together with access changes to the Hub and Plaza.

Sound checks will commence in the Plaza from 4pm and the concert will begin at 7pm, with Melbourne singer-songwriter Angie McMahon commencing her set at 8pm.

The library, part of the Hub and Flinders Connect will maintain their usual opening hours, but access will be restricted to the Registry Road entrance only. Neither the Plaza nor library will be accessible from the Laneway, or the southern end of the Plaza from 4pm.

Study spaces will remain open in the student area outside FUSA, however the library at Sturt will be open until 9pm for those who require a quiet study space.

The Angus and Julia Stone Flinders gig is part of an exciting event agency agreement with major music industry agency, Five Four Entertainment, to promote Flinders University venues to touring artists and their agents.
