‘Musick for Severall Friends’ is a new ensemble of Adelaide musicians who are exploring the music of the early Baroque on original instruments, including viola da gamba, lute, recorder and baroque violin.
The group’s first ensemble performance took place in May 2018. For this lunchtime concert, lutenist Peter Mertin and singer Gillian Dooley will present a performance of lute songs by a range of composers including John Dowland.
