The quest for zero homelessness

Now in its fifth year, the Don Dunstan Foundation’s Homelessness Conference will profile emerging local, national and global trends on housing and homelessness. This year’s theme, Sharing Solutions to End Homelessness, examines the ways that people working in the public, community and private sectors can work more effectively together to end homelessness.

The 2018 conference, being held on August 8 at the Adelaide Convention Centre, will present updates on the Adelaide Zero Project, which has moved into its Implementation Phase and aims to achieve Functional Zero street homelessness in the inner city by the end of 2020.

Flinders’ Associate Professor Ian Goodwin-Smith is one of the speakers at the conference, among an impressive line-up that will be updated on the conference website as details are confirmed.
