Service One University-wide release

Service One, a new staff-to-staff online service request tool, was successfully released University-wide on Monday 20 August 2018 with an initial set of service requests to be expanded rapidly throughout 2018.

All Flinders Staff now have access to Service One from any desktop or mobile device (Android and iOS) through Okta.

Service One provides a single pathway for staff to request a service in one place, find the right service request within one minute, and complete one streamlined request for each service.

There are currently 20 service requests available through Service One and new service requests will be added every week.

The Service One Team are interested in staff ideas for new service requests. Please complete the ‘Service Request Idea’ form to let us know the type of service request you would like to see on Service One.
