Free sessions to nourish your mind, body and spirit

Looking for better balance in life? OneSport and Fitness at Flinders is presenting free Yoga, Mindfulness and Qigong (TaiChi) sessions, to help improve mental, physical and general health.

Conveniently held during lunch break, a pair of 30-minute sessions are being held on the N3 deck area (located behind North Lecture Theatre 1, Social Sciences North.) Participants can choose either the Yoga and Mindfulness session at 12.30pm, or the Qigong session (which is excellent for aligning breath and movement for healing) from 1pm – or stay for both.

The free program starts on Tuesday 9 October and runs for four weeks.
