Share views on IT services to win an iPad

Flinders University is one of many universities across Australia and New Zealand participating in a benchmarking exercise for information technology service quality. By completing a short survey about experiences with Information and Digital Services (IDS), staff will automatically go into the draw to win one of two iPads.

Winners will be announced over the course of the survey and will be contacted via their staff email account.

To ensure confidentiality, the survey is being conducted by Voice Project, an external organisation. Not only will staff feedback help IDS understand how well its current services are meeting needs and identify areas that need improvement, it will also enable the team to benchmark its service standard across the broader higher education sector.

The survey will be open from October 22 – November 2 2018

The University will not be able to identify participant’s names with responses, and reports will only be produced for groups with 10 or more completed respondents in a particular demographic or work area (or combination of these), to ensure nobody can be identified.

A unique survey link will be emailed to staff on Monday 22nd October.

IDS looks forward to receiving valuable feedback on its services.
