New Reading List management system

A new Reading List management system, Leganto, is now in use University-wide, with staff able to find a Readings link to the new system on all FLO topic sites.

The new system contains one simplified list for students that combines previous textbook lists and eReadings lists. Topic coordinators will be able to easily create a readings list and order it to suit their specific teaching practices.

A variety of resource types can be incorporated in the list, including (but not limited to):

  • books and book chapters
  • articles
  • streaming videos
  • government reports
  • blogs
  • websites
  • lecture slides

The readings system connects directly to the library collections, allowing topic coordinators to quickly add resources and see real-time updates of changes.

For further information about Leganto, please contact the Learning Access Team via the Readings query in Service One.
