Mastering stress seminar

A workshop will help staff build personal and organisational resilience and improve skills in managing stress, with benefits that include improved wellbeing, productivity and morale.

Presented by Human Psychology (who delivered the popular Radical Resilience seminar last year), the seminar will define the concept of stress and discuss ways to recognise the signs and symptoms. It will provide participants with ways to think about stress differently and to build their personal resources and self-care strategies to enhance resilience.

Topics:

  • understanding stress
  • identifying the early warning signs of stress and burnout
  • defining effective practical strategies to build resilience, stress coping skills and positive wellbeing
