Register now to receive free coaching and access to the Flinders Sport and Fitness strength and conditioning room by preparing for the squat, bench and deadlift challenge over 8 to 25 July.
Flinders Sport and Fitness’ Three Lift Challenge competition will be held on 3 August 2019 based on a cumulative total, with single lift entries also allowed.
Training times
Weekly coaching assistance and access to the weights room will be provided on:
- Monday 8 July from 10am – 11am
- Wednesday 10 July from 4pm – 5pm
- Thursday 11 July from 10am – 11am
- Monday 15 July from 10am – 11am
- Wednesday 17 July from 4pm – 5pm
- Thursday 18 July from 10am – 11am
- Monday 22 July from 12noon – 1pm
- Wednesday 24 July from 8am – 10am
- Thursday 25 July from 12noon – 1pm

Flinders Sport and Fitness coaches will be available on nine occasions over the three-week program to prepare participants for the competition.
Chris Rawling
Qualifications: Bach Health Science (Nutrition), Masters of Applied Science (Sport & Exercise), ASCA accredited strength and conditioning coach, currently completing Masters of Exercise Physiology, Level 1 Triathlon coach.
Mr Rawling has successfully worked with elite athletes, developing their strength and overall conditioning to maximise results and avoid, or return from, injury.
Alex Hosking
Qualifications: Bach Applied Science (Exercise sport science), Certificate III & IV in Fitness, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF-L1), Club Weightlifting / Sports Power Coach Level 1 Licence (Australian Weightlifting Federation) , currently studying a masters in Strength and Conditioning.
Mr Hosking is part of the AFL and AFWL academies as Adelaide Crows Academy high performance coach.
