Performance Development Reviews (PDRs) present an ideal opportunity to get proactive about careers. A lunch seminar by Flinders’ APEX network is focused on helping staff plan for the annual event, helping them play a strategic role in their support and career direction.
Michelle Gander, Director of College Services in the College of Humanities Arts and Social Sciences, will present at the seminar, providing tips for PDR preparation and highlighting five key activities that contribute to a successful career.
Participants will be encouraged to consider their own situation and goals, and take steps to get the most out of their annual review.
This event is run by APEX (Advancing Professional Excellence); an informal peer-to-peer support network that exists to connect like-minded professionals at Flinders University.
Lunch will be provided.
