The countdown is on to five-weeks of free yoga. Starting 9 October, the Flinders community is invited to find inner peace, get the body moving, and discover the elements of yoga on Wednesday afternoons.
Located in the studio behind Grind & Press, the hour-long sessions will be hosted by Flinders Sport and Fitness, and commence at 5:15pm.
Suitable for all levels of ability and experience, this free program will provide insight into a diverse range of yoga styles, practises and functions.
The five-week yoga program is free to everyone, and open to all abilities and experience levels.
