Campus building works update

Works are underway at Bedford Park and Sturt to improve a number of spaces.

College of Business, Government and Law 

Property and Facilities are currently working in BGL to develop a new Business Trading Room and additional learning spaces. To create these new spaces, works are occurring in north wing – rooms 104, 105, 106, 107, east wing 246, 247, 248, west wing rooms 113, 114 and 115 and south wing rooms 243 and 244.

Anticipated schedule:

  • North wing – 8 August – end October – rooms 104 – 107
  • East wing – 2 September – early December – trading room and room 248
  • West wing – 11 November – mid February 2020 – rooms 108, 109, 113, 114, 115,
    & South wing 243, 244.

On Saturday 12 October from 6am to 6pm there will be no air conditioning in all law commerce buildings while essential works around installing new air conditioning are carried out.

Sturt precinct 

Over the coming weeks, a number of building works will be underway at Sturt. These include exciting new art installations with artists working in collaboration with students on-site, new lighting and painting.

More information about these exciting improvements will be available in the next few weeks as works progress. In the meantime, please observe all barriers and follow all signage in place around these works.

Sturt Pantry + Café toilets

From 5 – 7 October the toilets at Sturt Pantry will be painted. The access toilet in the Sturt gym will be available in addition to the toilets upstairs outside the library. Please contact Security on 8201 2880 for any access assistance.
