Bring a friend for free

It’s Mental Health Week and Flinders University Sport & Fitness is sharing some great ways to support mental health at a time of year that can be stressful for staff and students.

Throughout the week of 5 to 11 October, members of the Flinders community are invited to enjoy their fix of group fitness accompanied by a friend who can participate free of charge.

Group classes are free for members, or just $5 per casual class.
