Free yoga for all

Five weeks of free yoga is underway, thanks to Flinders University Sport and Fitness, with three more opportunities to find inner peace, move the body, and discover elements of yoga over coming Wednesdays.

Upcoming sessions will focus on:

  • 23 October: Yoga for improved sleep and digestion. Feeling tired and out of sorts? Poses and sequencing with focusing and intention can assist.
  • 30 October: Yin Yoga. Slow, with longer holds.
  • 6 November: Restorative session, to unwind the nervous system.

Where: The Studio behind Grind & Press in the Hub

When:  5:15 – 6:15pm

No RSVP required – simply turn up. Mats are provided or participants are welcome to bring their own.
