A fresh new collaborative college front for the Colleges of Medicine and Public Health and Nursing and Health Sciences opened on Monday 24 February, in time to welcome new and returning students back to Flinders.

The college front is located next to the main entrance of the Medical Library on level 5 of Flinders Medical Centre (FMC).

It is a contemporary, purpose-built office space designed to improve access to student services and features a beautiful, bespoke reception area and individual meeting rooms. It also has a range of new lounge furniture, desks, a digital screen and a kitchenette to support students and staff using the area.

For O’Week only, the temporary student services reception in the FMC lecture theatres foyer (5E307) will continue to operate while services are fully transitioned to the new college front.

The main entrance to the Medical Library will also reopen late Friday 21 February, ready for use over the weekend.
