Feeling stiff and sore after sitting in a home office or working space too long? Now is the perfect time to engage in a 10-minute online EXStraordinary Brain-Break, thanks to exercise science students.
As part of their placement activity, Flinders University third year Bachelor of Exercise Science students are offering supervised 10-minute guided exercises and tips for maintaining physical activity while working from home.
EXStraordinary Brain-Breaks launched on 8 April 2020.
